As a full service property management company we offer complete property management services. All of our basic property management services are provided at one low monthly fee. There are no hidden costs. We do offer optional services for inspections, advertizing and so on.

As part of our service, we advertize your property on the Internet with your very own web page and top Internet position. Today, the Internet beings renters who are usually willing to pay higher rent. Why?

Most Internet people are moving here because their job has been tranferred. These people typically have professional jobs that pay higher, therefore they are looking for nicer homes. Why don't they buy? Some people want to live in the area first or this may be a 1-2 year assignment. What ever the situation, we have found the Internet brings tenants looking for nicer homes.

We believe in personal service. In our company, your agent manages your property. Call one person (your agent) who understands your property, your tenant, you situation. This makes us more personal then other guys where you have to call several people for accounting, maintenance and managers. We give you one-on-one service.
